Matt Van Syckle brings over two decades of technology leadership and strategic execution experience to his role as Chief of Staff at KWR Strategies. As Chief Technology Officer for the State of Montana for seven years, he led enterprise-wide technology transformation and twice served as Interim State Chief Information Officer—a Cabinet position under Governors Gianforte and Bullock.
During his 17-year progression through Montana state government, Matt demonstrated exceptional ability to scale operations and drive innovation, including designing the state's fully automated private cloud infrastructure.
